Do I Qualify?
How do you know if you qualify for our services?..
GBIS
Homeowners and tenants in England, Scotland, and Wales can claim support for energy-saving improvements through the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS). To qualify, your home must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D or below and be in a lower Council Tax band (A–D in England, A–E in Scotland and Wales).

You may also be eligible if you receive certain benefits, such as:
• Universal Credit
• Income Support
• Jobseekers Allowance
• Employment and Support Allowance
• Child Tax Credit
• Pension Credit
• Working Tax Credit
If you qualify, the installer will arrange a free survey and guide you through the process to get insulation work—such as loft, cavity wall, or room in roof insulation—carried out at little or no cost to you.
ECO
To qualify for eco jobs, such as insulation upgrades, solar panel installation, or heat pump fitting, homeowners usually need to meet certain criteria set by government schemes or energy providers.

These criteria often include living in an older or energy-inefficient property, having a low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating (typically E, F, or G), or receiving income-related benefits to target support toward vulnerable or low-income households.
Additionally, the home must often be the primary residence of the applicant, and the work must be carried out by approved contractors. Qualifying helps ensure that eco jobs deliver the greatest impact in reducing carbon emissions, lowering energy bills, and improving living conditions for those who need it most.
